This may sound funny but WE LOVE COMPLAINTS. People complaining is GOLD, and we desperately want to know if our customers are unhappy and WHY. Without customers we don’t have a business or a job, so I can assure you that your satisfaction is paramount. Seriously, we can’t fix it if we don’t know and we need your help.

Our company goal is to get you to stick by us for the long haul and that means making you happy however we can. If you feel that we don’t display this attitude we want to know. We are constantly looking for ways that we can help or add value for our contractors or sub-contractors. One can’t live without the other and when you need each other you normally can’t find them. So one of the initiatives we are looking at for 2009 is to provide that link through our website.

A lover of Rugby Union, good steak and a glass of Wild Turkey, Steve’s favorite colour is blue and if he could have any super power it would be to be invisible.

Tool Tips

Taking care of your NorthStar Adjustable Flat Box Handle

This is a high quality piece of equipment however there are a two common mistakes owners make that cost them time and money on repairs.

Avoid damaging your handle by following these two simple rules:

1. Only ever clean your handle with fresh clean water - Washing your handle in second hand water that may have been used by other tradesmen (especially brick layers) can cause small sand particles, that you might not see, to get into the break mechanism and cause your handle to stop working. After washing your handle, always lubricate, we suggest Oz Spray, but you could also use WD40.
2. Be gentle with the trigger -There is no need to be hard on your handle. Squeeze gently and you will get the result your looking for, squeeze too hard and you will cause the break mechanism to snap.

By always doing both of these you will keep your handle in optimum condition for the best results every time, while saving yourself money and time on repairs.
