Help - We need your help in deciding what goes on to our new Menu

As we are approaching Summer, it is now time to finalise our new Menu in preparation for the warmer months. We have created a number of filled pasta creations that we would like to get your feedback on. All you need to do is email your 2 favourite creations from the following Seafood; Poultry; Meat and Vegetarian categories. Our email address is info@cjspasta.com.au. The winning 2 out of each category will feature on the new Menu.  As a token of our appreciation for taking the time to vote, CJ's Pasta will randomly choose one voting subscriber who will receive a CJ's Pasta Gift Voucher to the value of $50 to spend instore at James Street.  We ask that you email your choices to info@cjspasta.com.au by next  Friday, September 18.

Tribute to Nonna

CJ's Pasta's Bolognaise Sauce is based on a receipe that David's Nonna lovingly created in her kitchen.  We have a lot of customers who come in regularly for their fix of Nonna's Bolognaise.  It is with sad regret that we inform you that Nonna - Maria Caterina Bisaro passed away on 22 June 2009 at the age of 89.  Nonna was born in Aurava, Italy in 1920 and migrated to Australia with her family in 1934.  Nonna was a fantastic cook, a great sewer, had a green thumb and loved her family and friends enormously.  Nonna had a wonderful life and will be greatly missed by all.  Rest in peace Nonna.

Riverfire - Saturday, September 12

Did you know that it is Riverfire this Saturday?  If you are planning on entertaining - why not let CJ's Pasta help you with your catering requirements.  Whether you are having a small dinner party or hosting a large party, CJ's Pasta can assist by providing you with your fresh pasta and sauces requirements.  Our lasagnes: beef, chicken, seafood & vegetarian are perfect for family gatherings or parties.  If you are requiring a large lasagne order, we ask that you call us asap to place an order to avoid disappointment.

Did you know that a number of Delis/Fruit Shops around Brisbane are stocking a selection of our products?  The latest stockists on board are: Delicious Fruits @ The Village, Shop 12, 1293 Logan Road, Upper Mt Gravatt and Five Star Foods @ 15/215 Shaw Road, Wavell Heights.  Five Star Foods are having their grand opening this Saturday, September 12 and are open from 6.30am - 2.00pm.
